I’ve also hear/read believable accounts from several people where Ariel Rider just ignores the the buyer on major problems and the buyer can’t do shit….If the Ariel Rider bike is out of warranty, then good luck, because then it’s up to you to find parts in the open market without help. I’ve read that in a best case situation, Ariel rider takes around a month or more to get any replacement parts under warranty (it take like ~4 months just to get the bike).
I can’t buy a bike that I’m unable to get parts for, from a brand that may disappear or provide horrible service. My problems with Ariel rider is that you can’t get parts and their customer service (and business in general) is sketchy. After a ton of consideration, I bought 2 Rad bikes on sale for the same price. I had to pay $50 fee to Ariel Rider for a bike I that was in pre-order and that I wouldn’t see for another 4 months. I bought an Ariel Rider Kepler and returned it before I received it.
